I have forgot/locked my VbV passcode. What should I do?A:
If you are registered for the VbV service with a passcode you may be able to re-set your passcode by selecting the "forgot your passcode" option within the online VbV display window.
If you have locked your VbV passcode or memorable name or it has not been possible to re-set a forgotten passcode online don't worry, we can re-set this for you. Please contact customer services. Please note if you are a credit card holder only the primary credit cardholder should call us.
